What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), topic and message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people, not bots.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to [24 months] unless they lead to a client relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as needed for that relationship and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
